To reassure you that your booking is confirmed, we supply a contract of our services to you with every booking once a deposit has been taken.

Full details of this contract are only available on a confirmed and final booking, with deposit taken.

Details of our contract will include the following:

• Date and timings of your Event
• Details of your Event, special requests or important noted facts
• Full details of the Service that we are to provide
• Agreed amount for Service
• Any Deposits Taken
• Agreed Final amount and final Payment date
• Full Rates applicable if either side goes outside contract
• Declaration from both sides, where applicable

We feel this is a fair way of confirming all details discussed and that both parties are happy.

This is also our proof that we will attend your event and will not let you down.
