Advertiser's Terms & Conditions (Brief Version)

Service Offered:

Olympic DJ offers a facility to advertise and affiliate with local businesses with an initial setup fee and roll over pay per click commission fee basis.

Initial Cost:

£50.00 is all it costs you to put your weblink or email adress on our website for a period of 12 months with Olympic DJ's monthly optimised search facility. 

Commission:

Each time a web link or email link is selected by a potential customer from 'www.o-dj.co.uk' , a commission fee is accrued at a cost of £1.00 per click. ie 'www.o-dj.co.uk' to 'www.yoursite.co.uk'.

This will audit tracked by our host, as an independent auditor, for both parties piece of mind.

Billing:

Billing will issued on a 30 day monthly basis. Only if more than £5.00 has accrued during monthly period will payment be requested by payment invoice.  If less than £5.00 has accrued no payment invoice will be issued and counter will be reset to zero.

Payment Terms:

Payments must be paid in full within 30 days of invoice issue. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from our website and search facilities.

Removal Disclaimer:

All links will be checked by our webmaster on a regular basis. Anyone found to be abusing these facilities will be removed without warning & if necessary the authorities will be informed.

Liability Disclaimer:

Although we offer an affiliate facility, we do not accept any liability what so ever to our services being linked to yourselves.

Our primary service is a DJ service, our secondary service is advertisement.

It is up to yourself to check that you are doing everything in your own businesses interest to attract the right client base for your product, ie content, images, copyrights and used materials from other parties.
