Speakers - What is it all about?

I am proud to be able to supply you one of the best mobile discos you will ever come accross, with only the best equipment.

I appreciate that some people reading this won't have a clue about the difference is between speakers & brands, so I hope that this page will give you an insite to why it is so important.

I have always supported the USA for thier commitment in providing the leading speaker systems in the market, they have a proven track record in delivering some of the best speakers, used by the all the big names around the world.

Why QSC

I have been watching QSC for the last 5 years, not only in their product development, but also they brains behind their products. With some great designers from the likes of JBL on board, QSC have moved from a well establised and respected high end amplifier group into the active speaker market as well with a massive leap forward in delivering a truly flexable active speaker range.

I have spent over a year before making my decision to buy QSC, I spent a lot of time testing 3 other makes, which were RCF, Mackie & JBL, for performance, reliabilty & most importantly the sound definition & flexability and I felt that they all were all quite good, but nothing special.

Finally in October 2009, I have had the privilage of meeting the CEO of Shure UK in their headquarters in London.

Shure UK, who distributes the QSC brand here in the UK, are one of the world leaders in entertainment equipment, with the likes of Robbie Williams using the Shure SM series microphone as his personal choice of microphone, which a majority of the UK would of seen on the X Factor competition 2009

Whilst I was at the Shure UK HQ, I was given a personal introduction to the entire QSC range, including the all of the K Series speakers, I was able to test all kinds of music, not only the Companies demo's, but also the music that I would normally play at an event as well & also some live accoustic numbers as well.

The QSC K Series speakers sounded amazing, well defined & clear, from very subtle and quiet to extremely loud volume levels. They have clever onboard digital processing systems (DSP's) that automatically adjusted the speakers to their venue & also lots of clever switches that allow you overide elements too, to give you total flexability to the application that you are using the speakers for.

If you would like to see more details on these new speakers, please visit the offical Shure website at http://www.qscaudio.com/products/speakers/k_series/

I am extremely proud to be one of only a few Mobile discos in the Country to have this new range of speakers and will be showcasing them at the BIC Wedding Fair in Early 2010.
